HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

We must allow adequate time to properly notify and follow up with the thousands of property developers in our network. Developers will also need time to run their own feasibility to assess the development potential of your land. Typically, you can expect offers within 30-60 days.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ACCEPT AN OFFER?

The physical transaction process is identical to through a traditional real estate agency. You appoint a solicitor to prepare contracts and we have both parties sign the Contract of Sale and Section 32 based on your negotiated terms.
